• Which specific plans are best for your unique needs — Regardless of whether or not you are able to change their type of coverage, you may be able to change specific plans (Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, BCBS, etc.). This consultation makes specific plan recommendations based upon your unique needs.

The process:

2. A representative from 65 Incorporated will contact you to have you complete a consultation questionnaire which will help our team better understand your unique needs.
3. Once the questionnaire is completed, 65 Incorporated will contact you once again to schedule a time for your consultation. You will receive an email detailing your call in or webinar log in information.
4. Please set aside 60 minutes for your consultation.
5. You will receive a link to download your personalized Medicare RoadMap report (provided in a PDF format) within 5 business days.
