Sometimes things don't work out as planned or just go horribly wrong. Or, maybe you have a very specific question that you just can't get an answet to, no matter how hard you look.
For these times, you can use the Anytime Advisor service to get the help you need directly from Medicare experts.
CONSULTATION GOALS
Through this consultation service, your Medicare expert will:
- Determine the scope of the problem — You'll be asked to fill out a questionnaire summarizing your situation. But, in addition, your expert will ask questions to get a full understanding of your situation.
- Provide insights into what can be done to rectify the situation — Once your expert has a solid understanding of the situation, they'll go over the options you have to rectify your situation and the pros and cons of each option.
- Outline next steps — When options are reviewed and prioritized, your expert will provide you with the steps to take next.
What's Included
- A consultation, provided via phone or webinar, for an estimated amount of time (typically 30-minutes, but it can be longer depending on the need)
- An Anytime Advisor report, provided in a PDF format, including step-by-step instructions, information about the findings, plus much more
- Answers to follow-up questions related to the report or the consultation
The process:

- A representative from 65 Incorporated will contact you to have you complete a consultation questionnaire which will help our team better understand your unique needs.
- Once the questionnaire is completed, 65 Incorporated will contact you once again to schedule a time for your consultation. You will receive an email detailing your call in or webinar log in information.
- Please set aside the appropriated amount of time for your consultation.
- You will receive a link to download your report (provided in a PDF format) within 5 business days.
